ISPO research findings are published by well-known leading publishers (CDK, Barrister & Principal) and journals dealing with social science. ISPO also publishes its own on-line journal European Electoral Studies (EVS) twice a year. It is intended to help stimulate debate over electoral and party systems, and over possibilities for research in this area.

Part of ISPO’s publication activity is software designed for on-line (CODER database of electoral results) and off-line (program ElectMach) analysis of elections and electoral results.
